Pennylane is the default cloud ledger for many French SMEs and accounting firms. Ilka adds locked Excel packs on a schedule without a partner OAuth agreement — customers paste a read-only Company API token.

## How Ilka connects

Create a Company API token in Pennylane (Settings → Connectivity → Developers) with read-only scopes, paste it into Ilka, pick invoices / customers / aged receivables / ledger accounts. The token is encrypted at rest; disconnect purges it.

### Do I need a Pennylane partner OAuth app?

No. Paste a Company API token from Pennylane → Settings → Connectivity → Developers with read-only scopes. Ilka encrypts the token; no partner agreement is required for this path.

### Quels scopes en lecture seule ? / Which read-only scopes?

Recommend customer_invoices:readonly, customers:readonly, and ledger_accounts:readonly when generating the token.

### What happens on disconnect?

Ilka deletes the encrypted token and any synced snapshots. Revoke the token also in Pennylane Developers if you want it invalidated at the source.
