Stop rebuilding the same client pack every month.
You sell judgement, not copy-paste. Ilka pulls each client’s books on the day you choose, fills your locked pack layout with the exact figures, proves they tie out, and sends it under your name — so the first hour of every client call is analysis, not assembly.
The month-end loop you can drop
— Exporting from Xero or QuickBooks for each client, then pasting into last month’s file.
— Re-checking totals because one pasted range was off by a row.
— Packs that drift in layout from month to month and client to client.
— Your evenings around the 5th of every month.
How Ilka runs it instead
Connect the client’s Xero, QuickBooks, Stripe or sheet with read-only access.
AI proposes the pack layout from the column headers. You check it against the real numbers and lock it.
On the day you pick, Ilka pulls fresh data, copies every figure in code and adds a Source check sheet that ties each total back to the ledger.
The client gets the .xlsx by email or on a portal branded with your firm’s name. You get the delivery log.

Questions firms ask first
Does AI write any of the numbers?
No. AI proposes the layout once from column headers and a few sample rows. Every delivery copies and totals the figures in code, and the Source check sheet recomputes each total in Excel against the ledger.
What access do you need to my clients’ books?
Read-only access through Xero or Intuit sign-in, one client organisation at a time. Tokens are encrypted at rest and can be revoked from Xero or QuickBooks at any time.
Can the pack go straight to my client?
Yes — by email, on a password-protected portal branded with your firm’s name, or into a SharePoint folder. Most CFOs send the first few to themselves, then switch the recipient.
I already use a reporting tool for dashboards. Why this?
Keep it for dashboards. Ilka is for the client who still wants the Excel file they can filter, annotate and forward to their board — delivered on schedule without you rebuilding it.
