Yao Elom ESSAN is the controller (responsable de traitement) for account, billing, support, and site-analytics data. The legal notice repeats his registration details. The Privacy Policy describes the data, the purposes, and the providers.
2. No data protection officer
No data protection officer is appointed. For GDPR requests, email contact@ilka.co.
3. When we act as processor
If you connect client books or spreadsheets so Ilka can build a pack, you are the controller of that client data and the publisher processes it on your instructions.
4. Your rights
- Access to the personal data we hold about you.
- Rectification of inaccurate or incomplete data.
- Erasure, in the cases the GDPR allows.
- Restriction of processing.
- Portability of data you provided, where the right applies.
- Objection to processing based on legitimate interests.
- Withdrawal of consent, where processing is based on consent. Withdrawal does not affect processing that took place before it.
5. How to exercise them
Email contact@ilka.co. We may need to confirm your identity. We reply within one month, unless the GDPR allows an extension. Deleting your sign-in account anonymises the profile and removes the subscription record. Ask us if you also want other personal data deleted or anonymised. We keep billing records where the law requires it.
6. Complaints
You can lodge a complaint with the CNIL (Commission nationale de l’informatique et des libertés), cnil.fr, or with the supervisory authority of your place of residence or work.
7. Transfers
The site is hosted by Vercel Inc., 340 S Lemon Ave #4133, Walnut, CA 91789, USA. Transfers outside the European Economic Area use an appropriate safeguard, as described in the Privacy Policy.
