Ilka generated content licenses

Free plan — Personal use license

Free plan generations may be used by the natural person who created them, for non-commercial activities such as:

• Personal projects, household budgets, study, hobby tracking.
• Internal evaluation of the Ilka product.

Free plan files cannot be:

• Used inside paid client work or for any business activity that bills time or output.
• Resold, sublicensed, or redistributed (whether free or paid).
• Bundled into another product or marketplace.

If you need any of the above, upgrade to Pro or Team — the upgrade applies to past Free generations as well, as long as the subscription remains active.

Pro & Team plans — Commercial use license

Active Pro and Team subscribers receive a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive license to use, modify, and distribute the spreadsheets they generate, including:

• Internal use within the subscriber's organisation (for Team plans, every active seat).
• Delivery as part of paid services or consulting projects to clients.
• Inclusion as a deliverable inside larger products, dashboards, or reports.
• Reselling the resulting spreadsheet as a derivative work, provided the buyer cannot reasonably mistake it for an Ilka product.

The license is granted per generation. If the subscription ends, files generated during the active period keep their commercial license — only newly generated files after cancellation revert to personal use.

What you cannot do, even on Pro or Team:

• Resell raw access to the Ilka generator (e.g. wrapping the API for a paid product).
• Use the Ilka name, logo, or brand to imply endorsement of your derivative work.
• Use the service to generate content that infringes third-party rights or violates the Terms.

Warranty & liability

Generated spreadsheets are provided as is. AI output may contain errors, outdated assumptions, or formulas that need review. Do not rely on a generated file for tax, legal, medical, or financial advice without independent verification.

Ilka's total liability for any claim arising from generated content is limited to the fees paid by the subscriber over the 12 months preceding the claim, as described in our Terms of Service.
