Ilka generated content licenses

Free plan — one client, plus personal/eval AI

Free covers 1 client: 1 pack, 5 deliveries a month, every connector, Source check included. You may use Free with one real client.

Client packs produced for that one Free client may be sent to the client as part of paid services (for example a monthly reporting retainer).

One-off AI workbooks (Create from scratch / Improve my file) on Free are for personal use and product evaluation only, such as:

• Personal projects, household budgets, study, hobby tracking.
• Internal evaluation of the Ilka product.

One-off AI files on Free cannot be:

• Used inside paid client work or for any business activity that bills time or output.
• Resold, sublicensed, or redistributed (whether free or paid).
• Bundled into another product or marketplace.

If you need a commercial license for one-off AI workbooks, or packs for more than one client, upgrade to Pro or Firm. The commercial license applies to files generated while the paid subscription is active.

Paid plans (Pro or Firm) — Commercial use license

Active Pro or Firm subscribers receive a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive license to use, modify, and distribute the spreadsheets they generate, including:

• Internal use within the subscriber's organisation (on Firm, every active seat).
• Delivery as part of paid services or consulting projects to clients.
• Inclusion as a deliverable inside larger products, dashboards, or reports.
• Reselling the resulting spreadsheet as a derivative work, provided the buyer cannot reasonably mistake it for an Ilka product.

The license is granted per generation. If the subscription ends, files generated during the active period keep their commercial license — only newly generated files after cancellation revert to personal use.

What you cannot do, even on Pro or Firm:

• Resell raw access to the Ilka generator (e.g. wrapping the API for a paid product).
• Use the Ilka name, logo, or brand to imply endorsement of your derivative work.
• Use the service to generate content that infringes third-party rights or violates the Terms.

Warranty & liability

Generated spreadsheets are provided as is. One-off AI workbooks may contain errors or formulas that need review. Scheduled packs copy figures from your source in code; review the Source check sheet before relying on them for tax, legal or financial decisions.

Ilka's total liability for any claim arising from generated content is limited to the fees paid by the subscriber over the 12 months preceding the claim, as described in our Terms of Service.
