White-label Excel packs for accounting firms

Send each client's monthly Excel pack under your firm's name — email, password-protected portal, or SharePoint — with figures copied from Xero, QuickBooks, or Stripe.

Accounting firms and bookkeeping practices already have the numbers in Xero or QuickBooks. The work that does not scale is packaging: a different workbook per client, a different sender, and a different folder every month.

Ilka is built for that last mile. You lock one layout per client, the delivery copies the figures from the books, and the file goes out under your name.

What the client actually receives

On the Firm plan, each pack can go out in three ways:

  • White-label email with the .xlsx attached, from your firm rather than from Ilka
  • A client portal link, branded with your firm, with an optional password and expiry. The client downloads the file without an Ilka account
  • A SharePoint folder, plus an audit log of every delivery you can export

Most firms send the first few runs to themselves, check the Source check sheet, then switch the recipient to the client.

One layout per client, copied across the portfolio

Add the client, connect one Xero organisation or QuickBooks company (or Stripe, a Sheet, or Airtable), and design the pack once. Duplicate that pack onto the next client and swap the connection. The layout stays; the books change.

Typical packs:

What stays under your control

  • Read-only access through Xero or Intuit sign-in. Tokens are encrypted and can be revoked in Xero or QuickBooks
  • AI proposes the layout from headers and sample rows. It does not type the figures on later deliveries
  • Every workbook ends with a Source check sheet. If a source column disappears, the run stops instead of emailing a silent error
  • Firm includes 10 clients, then $5 per extra client per month, up to 10 seats

Pro covers three clients with email, webhook, and Drive. Portal, white-label email, SharePoint, and the audit export are on Firm.

A practical first month

  1. Pick the client whose pack you rebuild by hand every month
  2. Connect their books and lock the layout against this month's real numbers
  3. Schedule the 5th (or the Monday after close) to your own inbox
  4. After two clean Source checks, point delivery at the client portal
  5. Duplicate the pack for the next client

Get started

Build the first pack free on sample data. When the portfolio is real, move to Firm and book a setup call for the first clients.
